December 23, 2016 FINALS GOODY BAGS-We handed out care packages during finals week. They had a piece of candy, play-doh and a card with some stress coping tips. Here's what the card said:
Feeling stressed out? Here are a few coping strategies:
-Take a walk and/or get some fresh air
-Exercise
-Talk to someone (or talk to us during tutorial in Room 200!)
-Hang out with your friends
-Listen to music
-Mediate or do yoga
-Do something YOU enjoy

December 16, 2016 DOGS AND DOWNTIME-During finals week, Peer Resource brought in three comfort dogs to help students relax and de-stress.
November 30, 2016 INSPIRATIONAL POST-IT NOTES-We wrote inspirational post-it notes and put them on lockers all over Wood Hall and Upper/Lower Keyser.
